    LOL i just woke up this morning and said to myself that i havent gone for a while,a week or so...i go.. lets say 3 x a week and i have football practice 3-4x week ...iam 1,90m and have 83 kg i would like to have 90kg LOL so i look like a beast !

    at one point in time i worked out 8 hours a day for basketball. these days i work 8 hours a day in a factory then go to the gym after work for abour 2 hours. 4 days a week. before the job i was running 5 miles a day. now i just run 5 miles every saturday. need those legs to stand up all day at work haha

    Yea I do, mainly do cardio stuff and some simple plyo though, nothing hardcore like dead weights.

    i go 5 / 3 days a week.
    different body part each day,

    My Diet is mainly a mix of...Tuna, Salads, Steaks, chicken and coke ( for the sugar needed.)

    I'm a muay thai kickboxing that Trained under Phil Fagan a while ago (K-1 Runner up.) But now im getting big.
    Steroids are bullshit! you need to inject your self 14 times in your ass..which means your mates have to help..
    My Advice for people who are getting back in your just want to start off is..
    The more intense the workout will break down your muscle.

    I always sign up, go like 4 times a week for about 2 months, then slowly start to go less untill eventually i dont go there at all and im paying 20 bucks a month for nothing.. so i just cancel it. and then 2 months later i sign up again.

    now i just workout at home once every 2 days. just some push ups and all that stuff. i still gotta find me a good workout and diet so i can get some more muscle on haha
