Has anyone had this problem after exporting a song to a single wav with FL Studio?

I saved it to my desktop and it slows my computer down dramatically. When I go to delete it it sits on the "preparing to send to recycle bin" screen and never deletes or cancel. Then I have to hold the power button to shut the computer down. I've read that its because of exporting with saved slice markers and that may be why. I've tried Safe Mode to delete it that way and no luck. I've tried Unlocker from cnet.com and that wouldn't work either. I don't have any malware/viruses or anything. I noticed it started doing that right after it exported on my desktop. How do i get this thing off????????

Maybe it's too big an dyou don't enough free space? Try doing a SHIFT+Delete to bypass the recycle bin.

It happened to me once too. I can't remember for sure what I did but try this: Export the same track over it (overwrite it), but without slice markers (disable in FL). That will probably solve the problem.

Maybe you need to be a admin to delete. sometimes you dont have permissions even if your the only one with a profile. Or it could be a virus can you delete other files? can you open any programs? If all else fails www.sevenforums.com is a great forum . I usually get an answer within the day. Great ppl and friendly so try that out if the above doesn't work.

I had this problem once too, I think eventually it let me delete the file after leaving it for a while.
