    Ah I remember Eric Thomas, I think i seen this video in one of JC blades posts..

    Its a great speech!!

    The sacrifice part where he talks about cell phones and giving up is very true!

    Yeah, I put this ish up on my blog because I agree with you both; it is some powerful, inspirational stuff.  I think finding motivation is very difficult, and seeing something or someone that inspires you is truly a blessing.  After seeing this video I was ready to hit the studio - even after seeing it for the thousandth time like I did just now, I still get hyped from it...it's a powerful message, and I am glad that NFX shared it with everyone who hadn't read my blog post (just about everyone...haha).
