in one beat i used a star wars sample, in another i used a conan the destroyer one and in the third i used a gears of war one, so i wanted to know, if i do sell it i know the companies might want a cut so who do i talk to and how do i sell it etc. ?

I know Kanye first released Through the Wire without getting permission and Timbo STILL to this day releases shit with samples and then just settles after. Chiddy Bang same thing. Long story short, release it. Chances are, it wont blow up. If it somehow gets big enough that anyone notices either a) a record label will buy the rights and pay for it or b) you'll have made enough $$ that you wont care if they sue lol

George Lucas will not forgive you if you get caught lmbo. He is serious about his.

Haha, for real though I wouldn't worry about it if its not a big thing. They will probably never hear it and if they do, they won't go after you unless they smell money.

first you should not let anyone know what you sampled from
Second, start trying to disguise the samples better as to where no one will know what the hell it came from.

Third I would love to hear them can we get a Link?

There are a lot of underground artists that don't worry about clearing samples. Madlib doesn't worry about it at all. He's not mainstream but his music is really dope. I could name more but you get the picture. If you aren't going for the "Pop" audience, it's all good. But I would consider what Slliks867 said: Disguise your samples if at all possible. Oh yeah, if George Lucas hears it, he will sue you regardless if you are making significant money or not. I remember when Dr. Dre asked him permission to use the THX sound and he said no. Dre used it anyway and Lucas sued the shit out of him. He isn't fond of non-solicited use of his copyright material. Unless you are doing a Star Wars Satire, which means you can use whatever you want for satire purposes but, I don't think your stuff would qualify.
